21 Oct 1963: Mrs. Sallie Spangler, 86, Mt. Zion, Lebanon RD 2, died Saturday at her home following a lingering illness. Mrs. Spangler was a member of Zion's United Church of Christ, Mt. Zion. She was the widow of Milton H. Spangler and a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Peiffer. Surviving are one son, Miles I. Spangler, with whom she resided; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. One son, Harvey Spangler preceded her in death about 25 years ago.
