CROSSKILL MILLS: Elias Frantz, the oldest citizen of the town, died, aged over 80 years. Deceased was in poor health for several years. His wife died 6 years ago. The following children survive: Davilla,
of Fredrickburg, Isaac, of Lebanon; Henry_of this place; Jacob, of Lebanon; Dr. Elias, Reading; Josiah and Israel, of this place; Addison, of Shoemakersrille; Miss Mary, of this place, and Mrs. Catharine Ziegler, of Rehrersburg.
Mr. Frantz was a retired farmer. His farm was formerly conducted by Josiah. his son, and later by Francis Lendo, one of his grandchildren. f'uneral, Thursdas, April 20 at the Frystown meeting house.
Interment in meeting house cemetery.
