Myerstown RD 2, died early this morning in the Hershey Medical Center. He was 60.
Born in Lebanon County, he was the son of the late Jacob and Hettie Gerhart Derr. He was the husband of Geraldine A. Neiswender Derr. He was employed asa janitor at the Richland Shoe Co.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by: two sons, Jacob C. Derr, Lebanon, and Randy L. Derr, Mt. Aetna; three grandchildren; a brother, Samuel J. Derr, Richland, and several nieces and nephews.
